These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website easynotary.in and associated applications and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
  2. Account Registration

You are responsible for all activities under your account.     Certain services may require payment. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay) to process payments. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and processing fees.

Users are responsible for verifying the validity of legal documents created via the platform. We are committed to compliance with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023. However, we do not assume liability for any third-party misuse unless explicitly proven to be caused by negligence on our part.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, easynotary.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

    We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms and all data processing practices shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
  10. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
