We are committed to compliance with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023.    To the maximum extent permitted by law, easynotary.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
8. Termination

9. Governing Law
   These Terms and all data processing practices shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
